Extra Tips or Traditional Knowhow's

"Every Ganesh Chaturthi, my kitchen fills with the warm, familiar aroma of Undrallu — just like Amma used to make. As a child, Vinayaka Chavithi was magical. Amma would wake early, we children would decorate the idol, and she would lovingly prepare Lord Ganesha’s favourite — Undrallu. I’d watch her mix rice flour and chana dal, roll perfect rounds, and steam them with care. She said Ganesha loved them so much, he’d skip everything else — and I believed it. Now, in my own quieter way, I carry on her tradition. These simple dumplings — rice, dal, salt, and ghee — are more than food. They’re memory, devotion, and love. This year too, I’m cooking my fame — the way Amma taught me — one Undrallu at a time." #cookyourfame with Lord Ganesha’s favourite and Amma’s timeless recipe.
